Why is my account showing less then 100% complete?

In order for our website to recognize that you have completed a page of your course, you must click "next" in the bottom right. If you use the left side navigation bar to go through your courses, the system won't register them as "complete." 

Why can't I log in?

If you are getting an "error logging in" message while trying to access your account, this most likely means that you are using the incorrect email or password. Click the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your password. If you receive a "no such email exists" error, then the email you used to sign up is most likely different. We will be happy to help find you by name and get you back into your account if you can't remember your correct email address. 

Why can't I access my CE courses in my account?

If you are experiencing issues accessing your CE content within your account, the most common issue is an out of date internet browser. We recommend trying to access your account on Chrome, or updating your browser to the most recent version.
